City and Deyeloper shall first execute an agreement with PGandE in the form attached hereto entitled "Agreement for Underground Line Extension Within New Commercial or Industrial Development" and in accordance with Rule 15.2. Such agreement will provide that PGandE's estimated costs of the Electric Substructures furnished and installed by Developer and then being ,~s~d by P{~a~,i~ ~o i~rovide service to the two or more enterprises shall be subject to refund to City, as provided in Rule 15.2 or such other applicable rule of PGandE governing the conditions of service to supply future loads in the District. P, City shall pay PGandE prior to 'the furnishing of any work or materials relating to the Street Lighting Service Facilities, the non- refundable amount of $10,176 which represents the internal wiring ($336), the cable charge ($1,710) and the special equipment charge for 30 Gardco Form lO luminaires ($8,130) as provided in Special Condition 4, 6 and 9 of Schedule No. LS-1. Developer is to furnish and install all necessary con- duit and substructures including the transformer substructures for street ligbts only as provided in Special Condition 4 of Schedule No. LS-1.
