D. Each Distributor shall have its name, <br />address, and telephone number affixed to each of its <br />newsracks in a place where such information will be readily <br />visible. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> 4. Enforcement of Guidelines. <br /> <br /> A. A newsrack installed or maintained in breach <br /> <br />Paragraph 2 or Paragraph 3 of this Agreement may be <br /> <br />seized and removed by the City if it is impractical for a <br />public officer of the City to remedy the breach by moving <br />the newsrack to another point on the sidewalk or public <br /> <br />right-of-way. Notwithstanding the foregoing, before any <br />newsrack is seized, the Distributor responsible for mts <br />installation and maintenance shall be notified and given <br />five (5) days in which to remedy the breach or to request a <br /> <br />to contest <br />Distributor <br />address for <br /> <br />hearing before the Director of Public Works (the "Director") <br />the seizure.
