Ms. Forbath explained that the State controls mobile home parks, not the City. She noted that if <br />you think there are any violations in the park you should call Housing and Community <br />Development (HCD). <br />A resident asked who would be called after the conversion and all the lots are sold. Ms. Forbath <br />replied that it still would be HCD. <br />Ms. Forbath stated there would be CC&Rs that would apply 1:o all homes in the park and those <br />rules arc approved by the Department of Real Estate. <br />With no more questions or statements, staff thanked the residents for attending and informed <br />them that they would be receiving a public hearing notice for the Planning Commission meeting <br />sometime this month.
