One requirement of this process is the preparation and distribution of a Tenant Impact Report, <br />which states the rights and protections of Park resident>. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Tenant Impact Report ("TIR") for Vineyard Mobile Villas, which Ilan <br />been prepazed in conjunction with the City of Pleasanton. <br />Some of the rights and protections stated within this document are: <br />The actual conversion (sale of lots) will not take place for a minimum often years; <br />Until the date of conversion, the current Rent Stabilization Agreement will stay in effect <br />for the duration of its term; <br />Upon dle conversion: <br />No one will be evicted; <br />You Inay continue to rent your space, with State law protections; <br />You will have the option to purchase your lot. <br />Tllis TIR also reflects the additional benefits and protections that the Park owner has agreed to <br />provide to all residents who entered into and abide by ttte Conversion Committee Agreement. (See pages <br />5-7 of the TIR.) <br />I encourage you to read this document carefully and if you have any questions, please call me at <br />(310) 393-4000.
