Each household should complete one (1) Survey and mail the <br />completed Survey to The Office of the City Attorney, P.O. Box 520, Pleasanton, CA 94566-0802 <br />in the enclosed self-addressed, stamped envelope. No one in the Park will see the individual <br />Surveys.
