WHEREAS, the Final EIR for the Project was prepared and consists of the Draft <br />EIR, comments, and recommendations received on the Draft EIR, and the responses to <br />comments raised regarding environmental issues in the review and consultation <br />process; and <br />WHEREAS, at its noticed public hearing of October 22, 2008, the Planning <br />Commission found the Final EIR to be complete and adequate for the Project and <br />recommended to the City Council that the Final EIR be certified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Adopts the CEQA Findings and Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations prepared for the Project, attached as Exhibit 1. <br />SECTION 2.
