Zoning for the property is PUD-IIC-O (Planned Unit <br />Development- IndustriallCommercial-Office) District. <br />Chair Pearce asked the audience if there were any speakers on the matter. <br />There were no speakers. <br />Commissioner Blank suggested that the "s" be removed from the word, "Appellants" <br />in the title of the item as there was only one appellant. <br />Chair Pearce indicated that Item 6.c., PAP-130, Anne Fox, Appellant (PDRW-13, <br />Katie Belmonte/Complete Wireless Consulting, Applicant) is being continued to a <br />future Commission meeting. <br />a. PUD-77, Dutra Trust <br />Application fora Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan <br />approval to subdivide a ten-acre site located at 1053 Happy Valley Road <br />into five single-family residential lots and one open space parcel. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD-SRDRIOS (Planned Unit Development- <br />Semi-Rural Density ResidentiallOpen Space) District. <br />Also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the project. <br />Ms. Soo presented the staff report and described the scope, layout, and key <br />elements of the project. She noted a typographical error in the Design Guidelines <br />that the development is for 5 homes rather than 12 homes.
