These changes have included the following:

Special Provisions and Contract Documents -- Changes
to Reflect City Rather Than County Sponsorship. The
original Agreement called for the plans, Specifications,
and Contract Documents (Special Provisions) to follow
County Road Department format. On February 17, 1984,
we were instructed that the City would become the
sponsoring agency. This required very extensive
changes to the Contract Documents and Specifications,
briefly as summarized on Attachment "A".
