CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-342 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />WITH DELEUW, CATHER & COMPANY FOR ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR PROPOSED GRADE SEPARATIONS ~ND TRACK <br />CONSOLIDATION INVOLVING SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTA- <br />TION COMPANY AND THE I~STERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY <br />TRACKS BETWEEN NILES AND PLEAS~qTON I!] ALAmeDA COUNTY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASe]TON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the Second Amendment to <br /> agreement with DeLeuw, Cather & Company increasing <br /> the maximum fee by $41,100, a copy of which amendment <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> second amendment to agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> MAYORR.
