No changes are being recommended to the following Replacement Funds. <br />• Police Vehicle Replacement Fund - No change. <br />• LPFD Replacement Fund - No change <br />Other Internal Service Funds -Recommended adjustments for the following funds <br />involve only small changes to interest income due to actual YTD earnings being slightly <br />higher than originally budgeted and/or changes to the cash balance in each fund and/or <br />miscellaneous reimbursements or donations. <br />• Public Art Maintenance Fund <br />• Workers' Compensation Fund <br />• Self-Insurance Retention Fund <br />• LPFD Workers' Compensation Fund <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Lower Income Housing Fund -Recommended adjustments involve a small change to <br />increase interest income now estimated to be higher than budget estimates. In addition <br />the estimate for Lower Income Housing fees is being reduced to $100,000 recognizing <br />the YTD activity in this category. <br />Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Fund -Recommended adjustments to <br />revenues include $47,565 from BART to purchase equipment/tools needed to effectively <br />respond to emergencies at the new station, a FEMA/OES reimbursement of $34,132 to <br />reimburse the City for fire response to assist other agencies in the State and the <br />western region during the fall fire season, $44,378 for a CUPA (Certified Unified <br />Program Agency) grant for Above Ground Tank Compliance Program, receipt of grant <br />funding of $203,904 for the SCBA purchase, and a miscellaneous donation of $2,000. <br />Revenues are also being adjusted due to updating the cost sharing formula for actual <br />prior year inspections. Recommended adjustments to expenditures include a decrease <br />in personnel costs of $41,803 due to salary savings and $176,625 due to postponing <br />the academy for new recruits. <br />Miscellaneous Donations Fund -Recommended adjustments to revenues include <br />three donations from the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Foundation which total $400,000 for <br />the Firehouse Arts Center. <br />Other Special Revenue Funds -Recommended adjustments to the following funds <br />involve only small changes to interest income due to actual YTD earnings being slightly <br />higher than originally budgeted and/or changes to the cash balance in each fund and/or <br />miscellaneous reimbursements, contributions or donations. <br />Page 9 of 10 <br />
