of Pimlico Drive to be vacated, as shown on the <br /> Right-of-Way Map, and the amount payable by the City to <br /> <br />Tracor uI~der Section 4(d) shall be i~creased by an amount <br /> equal to $8.25 per square foot times the number of square <br /> feet by which the land to be conveyed by the C~ty of <br /> Pleasanton to Tracor, as shown on the Right-of-Way Map, is <br /> diminished. <br /> <br /> (f) Interest. The City shall pay interest on all <br /> amounts due Tracor under this Agreement at ten percent <br /> <br /> (10%) from May 17 , 1984 <br /> <br /> by the City onto the Property) <br /> <br />made. <br /> <br /> (g) Time of Payment. The City shall pay all amounts <br /> due under this Section 4 within thirty (30) days after the <br /> <br />(which was the date of entry <br />until the date payment,'is <br /> <br />first sale of bonds authorized by.the NPID, but in no event <br />later than December 31, 1984. <br /> <br /> 5. Termination of Right-of-Entry. The right-of-entry <br />granted pursuant to Section 1 shall terminate on the date of <br />acceptance by the City of conveyance of the land for realigned <br />Pimlico Drive, but in no event later than September 30, 1984. <br /> <br /> 6. Notice.
