The City and the Association desire to enter <br />into this agreement to provide for the maintenance by the <br />Association of landscaping, street and soundwalls as pro- <br /> <br />vided herein. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing <br />and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, the City and the Association <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> ARTICLE 1 <br /> MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING <br /> 1.1 Areas for Landscaping Maintenance. The <br /> <br />Association shall maintain the following landscaping areas: <br /> <br /> 1.1.1 The western thirty (30) feet of Lots <br />13 through 23 (the thirty (30) feet wide landscape buffer <br />along the western boundary of Valley Business Park, for <br />which a Public Service Easement has been recorded on the map <br />of Tract 4889 filed September 16, 1981, in Book 129 of Maps, <br />Pages 88 through 91, Alameda County Recorder's office); <br /> <br /> 1.1.2 The northern thirty (30) feet of Lots <br />A, 23 and 24 (the landscaping along the Valley Avenue front- <br />age of Valley Business Park, for which a Public Service <br />Easement has been recorded on the map referred to above); <br /> <br /> 1.1.3 The eastern thirty (30) feet of Lots <br />24 and 25 and the western thirty (30) feet of Lots A and B <br />from the common boundary of Lots A and B to the southern <br />terminus of the thirty (30) foot wide Public Service Ease- <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
