Payment or installment <br />payments shall be made at such times, and in such form, as City deems proper. The <br />Collective shall provide Parks and Community Services Department an accounting of all <br />league and tournament games officiated, detailing the number of games per nighUday and <br />the appropriate tees, on a bi-weekly basis. <br />Games that arc scheduled for two officials operation will be paid as two officials <br />operation. [n the event lwo officials are scheduled to a game and only one official works, <br />the City will only pay half the rate of the two officials. <br />
