("Contractor"), whose address is PO <br />Box 99 Bethel Island, CA 94511, and telephone number is (925) 684-0404 and the CCCY <br />OF PLEASAN"CON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHC;REAS, the City has awarded to the Contractor a contract for TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL INSTALLATION - STONERIUGF. MALI. ROAD AT EMl3ARCAUF.RO <br />COURT, PROJECT NO. 085054. <br />NOW, "CHEREPORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br />Work to be Performed. "I'he work will generally consist of: <br />Che work comprises the installation of a new traffic signal in the City of <br />Pleasanton at Stoneridge Mall Road and Embarcadero Court. The project consists <br />oC the installation of traffic signal equipment, installation of additional traftic <br />signal interconnect cable and conduit, purchase of additional signal controller and <br />communications equipment, traffic signing and striping and minor civil <br />improvements. <br />Said work is more particularly shown in the following documents which arc on <br />file with the Department of Community Development/Engineering Division of the <br />City and are incorporated herein by this reference: <br />A. Approved Plans and Specifications entitled the TRAFFIC <br />SIGNAL INS1'ALLAT[ON - STONER[DGE MALL ROAD <br />AT EMBARCADERO COURT, PROJECT NO. 085054, and <br />addenda thereto, iCany. <br />B. Contract Change Orders approved by the City Engineer, done in <br />accordance with the Standard Specifications. <br />C. "the elements oCthe proposal submitted to the City by the <br />Contractor, which the City has accepted. <br />
