c.Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />Commissioner Narum inquired if the applicant for PUD-99-06-03M on 2547 Jolene <br />Court was the same applicant for an earlier request for a poolhouse/second unit on <br />Jolene Court. Brief report on conferences, seminars, and meetings attended by <br />Commission Members <br />Chair Pearce reported that a Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) <br />meeting was held last week and that she attempted to have another Chair elected, <br />but was unsuccessful; she will serve as Chair for another year. She indicated that a <br />Draft Master Plan is on-line and that a public workshop will be held at the Veterans <br />Building on March 18, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. <br />Commissioner Fox inquired about an email regarding the near crash on Valley <br />Avenue. Chair Pearce stated that the Committee had discussed the matter. <br />Mr. Roush replied that new signage has been installed to indicate that people are <br />supposed to walk their bikes. <br />12.
