ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Narum, Fox, O’Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Blank. <br />Resolution No. PC-2009-06 denying PMCC-2 was entered and adopted as <br />motioned. <br />Commissioner Fox complimented Chair Pearce on her research of the statutes. <br />b.PDR-804/PCUP-233, Tom Kubo/William Wood Architects, Hana Japan <br /> Application for design review approval to construct an approximately <br />6,000-square-foot building at 11991 Dublin Canyon Road for Hana Japan <br />Steak House and for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic <br />beverages after 10:00 p.m. Zoning for the property is C-C and PUD-O <br />(Central Commercial and Planned Unit Development-Office) District. <br /> Also consider a Negative Declaration for the project. <br />This item was continued to the March 11, 2009 meeting. <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Political Signs on Lucky’s Shopping Center <br />Commissioner Fox stated that political signs were still present on the lamp posts at <br />the Lucky’s Shopping Center on Hopyard Road and West Las Positas Boulevard. <br />725 Main Street <br />Chair Pearce noted that the sign in front of 725 Main Street indicating that the <br />building would be completed in 2008 had fallen. She requested that staff remove <br />the sign. <br />8.
