MEb!OR.RIqDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br /> Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3, and representatives <br />of the City of Pleasanton, have met and conferred in good faith <br />regarding wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employ- <br />ment of employees in the representation unit specified in <br />Section 1, have exchanged freely information, opinions and <br />proposals and have endeavored to reach agreement on all matters <br />relating to the employment conditions and employer-employee <br />relations of such employees. <br /> <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into pursuant <br />to the Meyers-~'Iilias-Brown Act (Government Code Section 3500, <br />et seq.) and has been jointly prepared by the parties. <br /> <br /> This Memorandum of Understanding shall be presented to the <br />City Council as the joint recommendation of the Undersigned <br />for salary and employee benefit adjustments for the period <br />con~mencing January 1, 1984, and ending December 31, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
