Ordinance No. 1987 <br />91. <br />The design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />92. <br />The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and <br />erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building and Safety <br />Division permit. The amount of this bond will be determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />93. <br />The project developer/subdivider shall deposit a bond with the City of Pleasanton <br />to ensure completion of any required improvements (installation of all common <br />open space and recreational improvements, private streets, street trees, common <br />infrastructure improvements, etc.). The project developer shall provide an <br />itemized cost estimate of said improvements, to be submitted with the bond, for <br />the review and approval the City Engineer prior to issuance of building permits. <br />The bond shall be returned to the project developer upon acceptance of said <br />improvements by the City Engineer. This bond shall be in a standard form <br />approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />94. <br />The applicant shall post with the City prior to approval of final map, an additional <br />performance bond for all subdivision improvements that are not to be accepted <br />by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />95. <br />The project developer shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels <br />needed for public service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the <br />City Engineer or other easements, which may be designated by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />96. <br />The project developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from <br />the City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />97. <br />The haul route for construction materials and equipment transported to/from this <br />development via large trucks (three tons and greater) shall be restricted to come <br />from the east (via Stanley Boulevard and/or Busch Road) and not through the <br />Santa Rita Road/Valley Avenue intersection unless a specific exemption is <br />granted by the City Engineer. The City Engineer shall approve said haul route <br />prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />98. <br />The project developer shall include erosion control measures on the final grading <br />plan, subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The project developer is <br />responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All cut <br />and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized as soon as possible after <br />completion of grading, in no case later than October 15. No grading shall occur <br />between October 15 and April 15 unless approved erosion control measures are <br />in place, subject to the approval of the Building and Safety Division. Such <br />measures shall be maintained until such time as permanent landscaping is in <br />place. <br /> <br /> <br />
