The PG&E C02e emissions factor of 53.05 kglMMbtu of delivered natural gas, verified <br />by the California Climate Action Registry and the CEC. The PGBE coeffcient set does not have emissions factors for CH4 and N20 as the C02e <br />emissions factor includes CH4 and N20 emissions in C02 equivalents. <br />3.
