2. Background work for Task Force Meetings (~_ 10 hours/meeting = <br />$14,000 <br />3. Preparation of Draft PUD Document: 40 hours ° $7,000 <br />4. Support for design guidelines, market study, traffic study, and <br />development agreement: 80 hours = $14,000 <br />5. Planning Commission and City Council staff reports: 40 hours = $7,000 <br />6. Preparation of mitigated negative declaration: 20 hours = $3,500 <br />7. PC, CC Presentation Preparation: 10 hours = $1,750 <br />8. Attendance at PC, CC meetings: 24 hours = $4,200 <br />Node: Transportation time to attend meetings is not billed as a separate hourly charge. <br />• Material costs will be as follows: <br />- $0.10 Cor each black and white photocopy; <br />- $020 for each color photocopy; <br />- $0.15 for each fax page sent or received; <br />- long distance telephone charges as billed by the telephone company; <br />- $0.55 per mile traveled; and <br />-other costs and materials as verified by invoices submitted with <br />requests for payment. <br />Total Estimate = $57,050 <br />Work beyond the estimated hours and described tasks will he tracked and <br />billed on a time and materials basis at $175/hr. <br />
