~,r., ~'It .~ r,r, e;c~, ~ ... <br />PROPOSAL FOR <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SURVEY UPDATE <br />PROJECT N0.085021 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />o Needs distributed over 5 - Impacts of using the City's overall needs and <br />distributing it evenly over a 5-year period. <br />Task 4.1-MTC Certification <br />AMS will meet with the City's project manager and go over what is required for fulfilling the <br />MTC Certification. Assistance with PMP certification will include but not be limited to: <br />~ Meet with City staff and review the MTC Certification requirements, letter (signed by <br />City's public works director) <br />~ Training for generating the necessary reports required for MTC Certification <br />Task 5.0 -Geographic Information Systems <br />Following the completion of the executive summary AMS will work closely with City staff to <br />integrate the City's GIS base layer with its current StreetSaverOnline System. AMS will have <br />the City's GIS base layer uploaded to the City's StreetSaverOnline account and AMS will <br />manually review and cross-reference all sections within the road network to ensure that all <br />sections have a 1:1 match. <br />Task 5.1-Training and Support <br />Following the completion of the executive summary AMS will work closely with City staff to <br />ensure self-sufficiency with the new MTC StreetSaverOnline program. The project manager has <br />allocated approximately eight (8) hours for this task. That will comprise of the data entry, <br />maintenance of the database, and generating the required reports necessary for MTC <br />certification. <br />AMS CONSULTING T-4 <br />
