SECTION 2. Directs staff to continue negotiating with the cities of Livermore and <br />Dublin, and Alameda County, a Policy Statement regarding regional transportation <br />priorities and commitments in the Tri- Valley, which Policy Statement must be approved <br />by the four public agencies before the City submits to the Alameda County Local <br />Agency Formation Commission an application to annex the Project area to Pleasanton. <br />SECTION 3.
