Task IV -- ?r_oject Reports 7he Grantee agrees to submit the following progress reports during the course of operation. In oddition, the Grantee shall immediately advise the State Program Manager of any significant problems ~rising during the course of operation. a) Water Audit Report. The Grantee agrees to submit a report summa- rizing the findings of the Water Audit as specified in Task I and Attachment A. The Water Audit Report will agso include the "Leak Detection and Repair Plan" as specified in Task I and Attachment The Water Audit Report shall be submitted to the State Program Manager after completion of the Water Audit but no later than November 19R4. b) Progress Report on Leak Detection and Repair. The Grantee agrees ~'~hbmit a re~o'Ft, as specified in Attachment C, describing the re- sul.ts of leak detection surveys and leak repair efforts up to May 1, 1985. The progress report will include summaries of leak detection records and leak repair records. The report shall be submitted to the State Program Manager by June 1, 1985. If all leak detection surveys and repairs of detected leaks have been completed by May 1, 1985, the Progress Report may be omitted. c) Final Report. The Grantee agrees to submit a final report, as ~pecified ~ Attachment D, summarizing all leak detection and leak repair efforts made during the project. The Benefit/Cost ratio for the completed project is to be recalculated using actual project costs and benefits and be included in this report. The Final Report shall also include copies of leak detection and report forms (see example with Attachment D~ and monthly summary sheets on water savings and costs prepared during the project. The Final Report shall be submitted to the State Program Manager no later than November 1, 1085. SECTION ~. COST OF LEAK REPAIR Repair of !eaks as required in Task [ZI are noS Eligible Project Costs and will be paid for by the Grantee. Only eligible Water Audit and Leak Detection costs wilt be reimbursed by the State. Although the Grantee may wish to spend more to properly complete repairs, the Grantee is not obligated to spend more than ~1,000 for repairs for each $1,000 granted by the State for Water Audit and Leak Detection under this Contract. SECTION 5. CONTRACT AMOUNT Subject to the availability of Clean Water and Water Consernaticn Bond Law of 1978 funds, the State will reimburse to the Grantee in accordance with the terms of this Contract, a Contract Commitment not to exceed $ 30,000 of which ~ ~ 043 is 81].ocated for the Water Audit end S 25,9T is a!lccated fo/~he Le~k Detection survey. 6 Contract B-550~c~
