ATTACHMENT A (continued) "WATER AUDIT REPORT" As required in Section 3, Task IV of this Contract, the Grantee shall submit a report sur~narizing the activities and findings of the water audit. At a minimum the '"Water Audit Report" shall contain: A thorough description of the activities performed in the Water Audit Task of this Contract. A complete tabulation of the volume (in acre feet) of water received into the distribution system from all sources during the same time period selected for metered water sales. The tabulation shall identify separately each source and the volumes of water received from the source for each month of the selected period. A complete tabulation of the volume (in acre feet) of metered water sales and transfers listed by month for the 12month period selected. Whenever feasible the tabulation shall list the sales by size of connection and indicate if the customer is billed for the amount of water delivered. A complete tabulation of all unmetered authorized (beneficial) water use by month for the same 12 month period selected above. The tabulation shall identify the individual use location and time of event or water application, method of application and volumes of water used in acre feet. A complete tabulation of the results of all meters tested in the water audit and used in calculations for the water audit specifying each meter manufacturer, age, manufacturer serial number, nominal size, test flow rates and accuracy at each flow rate. The calculation of the systemwide meter error, clearly showing the sources of all data use in the calculation. Describe how meter and bill accounting procedures were reviewed for accuracy, any errors found and how records were adjusted for the water audit to compensate for the discovered errors to correctly quantify the volumes of water used or supplied. A complete tabulation of miscellaneous losses attributable to reservoir evaporation and seepage, reservoir overflow, unauthorized connections, malfuncticning controls and valves, and water theft. An estimate of the recoverable leakage in the system based on the findings of the water audit. An updated estimate (using data from this water audit and the "Leak Detection and Repair Plan") of the benefit/cost ratio for the Grantee's proposed leak detection program. The "Water Audit Report" shall also include a "Leak Detection and Repair Plan" (with schedule) as specified in Section 3, Task IV and in Attaohment B. 26 Contract B-550~C
