(b) Properties has sold portions of the Center to r. ajor denar~ment stores in connection with the development thereof; sLzch department stores' have constructed their o~ improvements on such parcels as a part of the integrated regional shopping center. in connection with such land sales, Properties has allocated sewer discharge caaacity from the Original Capacity, all as more particularly set forth on the schedule appended hereto as Exhibit B-2. Properties retains ownership to that portion of the Center not conveyed to such major department stores, (c) On that portion of the Center owned by Properties, there have been constructed an enclosed shopping mall and related improvements containing mall stores. In connection with such development, Properties has utilized a portion of the Original Capacity, as more particularly summarized on Exhibit B-3 hereto. 3. Remaining Capacity.
