TIME OF C(Di.U.!Ei;CEMENT <br /> <br /> The work to be performed under this agreement shall be com- <br />menced at such time in the future as is deemed necessary by the City' <br />Engmneer. LIpon notification that the work is necessary, Property <br />Owner shall commence construction within a reasonable time there- <br />after and shall diligently pursue tile work to completion. <br /> <br />IV. N~\STER CONTP3. CT <br /> <br /> City reserves the right to have all or a portion of the work <br /> <br />specified hereill done as part of a larger project by means of a <br />master contract. In the event work is done pursuant to such a <br />master contract, Property Owner hereby agrees to pay his share of <br />the cost of the master contract, to be determined on a pro rata <br />basis, within thirty (30) days of notification by the City Engineer <br />of the completion of the work and the calculation of the amount of <br />the pro rata share of the costs involved. <br /> <br />V.
