Numerous City Staff authored responses to DEIR comments from agencies, <br />organizations and individuals, specifically CALTRANS and the City of Dublin, referencing <br />said traffic analysis i included in the planning documents, Further it i in the best <br />interest of public health and safety to complete ton ridg with the Staples stanch <br />development. <br />4. In challenging economic times when cutbacks and closures are all too commonplace, , it <br />is critical for the City of Pleasanton to demonstrate decisive leadership and provide the <br />parties to the Staples Ranch development (Hendrick,, CLC, Fremont Land, San Jose <br />Sharks) with certainty and confidence that this PUD, already more than fire years in the <br />makin& will not be Jeopardized by additional study or political uncertainty.
