In our first request we were proposing a center which operates under the status with the State of California licensing boazd, stated as "full approval." We have since changed our status with the State of California licensing board to be stated as "exempt approval." The reason for doing this is that we do not approval from the other owners of our business condominium complex to use any outdoor azea. This is the only reason why we do not qualify for "full approval." Therefore, we have changed to "exempt approval" with the agreement that all of our activities will be confined to indoors. Under the "exempt approval" status we are to limit our Gaze to only 16 hours per week. Our care-program will operate from 3:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. On Fridays it will operate from 3:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. This is a total of 16 hours each week. For more information on the exempt status, you can call the State licensing boazd at 510 622 2602. Other than this change, our prior application remains the same. Regarding pazking, there will be 20 spaces devoted to parents to pick up their children, anywhere between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. As stated already, we have the approval of all the owners of the Santa Rita Office Complex to operate this after-school day caze center.
