7. Parents shall be instructed and encouraged to use the driveway off Rheem Drive to <br />pick up students. <br />8. The applicant shall schedule an inspection with and meet all requirements of the Fire <br />Department prior to commencement ol'the after school daycare program. <br />9. This approval does not include approval of any signage for the after school program. <br />Any signs proposed shall be consistent with the sign program for the office complex <br />and shall be approved by the Planning Department prior to installation. <br />10. All conditions of approval for UP-88-11 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />11. The applicant shall submit plans of the daycaze facility to the Building Department <br />and shall obtain a building permit as may be required. No changes to the exterior of <br />the building shall be made without prior approval from the Planning Department. <br />12. The applicant shall contact the State of California Social Services Department and <br />pursue meeting the requirements fora "drop-in" center prior to commencement of the <br />after school daycaze program. The applicant shall report to the Planning Department <br />the State's designation of the facility and what, if any, changes to the operation may <br />be required. The Planning Director ma}' approve such changes if determined to be in <br />substantial conformance with the approved use permit; otherwise, the use permit shall <br />be returned to the Planning Commission for review. <br />Case No. PCUP-84 <br />Planning Commission <br />Page - I / - <br />
