BACKGROUND <br />David Sell, Senior Pastor at the Pleasanton Community Church, has submitted an application to <br />operate an after school daycare program within the existing church's education building located <br />at 4455 Stoneridge Drive, in the Santa Rita Office Center. <br />In May 1988, the Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit application (UP-88- <br />11)allowing the Pleasanton Community Church to be operated at the Santa Rita Office Center. <br />The approval of UP-88-11 included a Sunday school and evening extension classes for bible <br />Case No. PCUP-84 Planning Commission <br />Page - 1 - <br />
