The City may change the <br />number and/or location of trash cans to be emptied at its sole <br />discretion during the term of this Agreement, subject to giving <br />Contractor one (1) week's written notice of the change in number <br />and/or location of trash cans to be emptied. Said written notice <br />shall include an updated list substantially similar in format to <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> b. Refugee from over-flo~zed trash cans shall be picked <br />u~ i~v hand from the area in the vicinity of the trash cans. <br /> <br /> c. Contractor shall Dick up trash cans located in <br />park lawn areas by hand when notified by the City's Public Works <br />Superintendent-Streets and Parks, or his designee, that said Dark <br />lawn areas are too wet to support or otherwise incamable of <br />supporting, Contractor's collection vehicles. <br /> <br /> 2. T~me of Collection <br /> <br /> Each trash can to be emptied by Contractor shall be <br /> <br />emptied at least once each week. <br /> <br /> a. Park Trash Can Collection. Trash cans located in <br />Amador Park and Youth Sports Park shall be emptied every Monday. <br />The day trash cans ~n other parks shall be emptied shall be the <br />day mutually agreed upon by Contractor and City's Public Works <br />Superintendent-Streets and Parks. <br /> <br /> b. Street Trash Cans.
