license for entry shall be superseded by the Right of Entry <br />Agreement as finally negotiated and accepted by Tracor and <br />the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Tracor hereby gives to the City, and its agents, <br />representatives and contractors, a license to enter upon <br />that portion of the Property outlined in yellow on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference, <br />for the purposes of (i) placement of fill, roadway improvements, <br />curbs, gutters, ~stallation of underground electricaS'ducts <br />and storm drains as shown on sheet 8 of the Plan and Profile, <br />Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton, California dated June 1982, <br />prepared by Bissell & Karn, Inc., Civil Engineers; and (ii) <br />fill placement and installation of electrical duct work <br />southerly of existing Pimlico Drive, approximately 240 feet <br />to the east of Santa Rita Road, as shown on sheet 9 of the <br />Plan and Profile, Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton, California <br />dated April 1983, prepared by Bissell & Karn, Inc., Civil <br />Engineers; and sheet 6 of the electrical plans by Utility <br />Design, Inc., dated June 1983. All of the above-referenced <br />plans constitute Exhibit A attached to this Agreement. As <br />consideration for this interim license, the City shall cause <br />the work described in the plans attached as Exhibit A <br />to be diligently prosecuted. Unless extended by Tracor, <br />this interim license shall terminate on the earlier of (i) <br />June 30, 1984 or (ii) the execution by all parties of the <br /> <br /> <br />
