INTERIM LICENSE FOR ENTRY <br /> (City Of Pleasanton) <br /> <br /> This Agreement is made this 14th day of May, 1984 by <br />and between TRACOR MBA, a California corporation ("Tracor"), <br />and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> ? <br /> <br /> A. Tracor is the owner of land located at the southeast <br />corner of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive (the "Property"). <br /> <br /> B. Tracor and the City of Pleasanton ("City") are <br />presently negotiating a Right-of-Entry Agreement ("Right-of- <br />Entry Agreement") providing for the realignment of Pimlico <br />Drive by the City. <br /> <br /> C. Pending completion of such negotiations, the City, <br />together with its agents, representatives and contractors, <br />wishes to enter upon the Property for the purpose of placing <br />land fill and installing improvements pertaining to the <br />widening of Santa Rita Road and the construction of Pimlico <br />Drive. <br /> <br /> D. Tracor is willing to give to the City an interim <br />license for entry on the Property until the Right-of-Entry <br />Agreement has been executed by Tracor and the City, which is <br />anticipated to occur before June 30, 1984.
