(c) Coordinate and assist City staff and other City <br /> consultants working on the General Plan update. <br /> <br /> (d) Perfor~ such other planning tasks related to the <br /> General Plan update as may be assigned by the Director of <br /> Planning and Community Development. <br /> <br /> 3. Sufficiency of Work. Consultant agrees that all <br />professional planning work shall be adequate and sufficient to <br />meet the purposes for which it is performed. Consultant represents <br />to City, and City is relying upon the representation,.' that his <br />work will conform to the professional standards normally exercised <br />by professional planning consultants in the State. of California. <br /> <br /> 4. Title to Work. All documents, data, studies, surveys, <br />drawings, maps, and reports furnished to Consultant by City, as <br />well as all such documents, data, studies, surveys, drawings, <br />maps, and reports prepared by Consultant under this agreement, <br />shall be considered the property of the City and shall be turned <br />over to the City at the completion of the services to be .performed. <br /> <br /> 5. City Furnished Items. City shall furnish as requested <br />by Contractor all pertinent information, documents, data, studies, <br />surveys, maps, and reports which it may have. In addition, City <br />shall provide the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Sufficient office space for Consultant and his <br /> secretary, including telephones. <br /> <br /> (b) <br /> require. <br /> <br /> (c) <br /> <br />.this agreement. <br /> <br />Clerical and support staff as Consultant may <br /> <br />A full-time secretary for the period covered by <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
