An <br /> administrative draft shall be prepared <br /> within ten (10) months of the. beginning of <br /> the term of this-a~reement. <br />Task 11: With the assistance of the City legal <br /> staff, ensure the Draft General. Plan'meets <br /> all legal requirements of a general plan <br /> in the State of California. <br />Task 12: Assist City staff and any other consultant, <br /> <br /> if used, in preDaration of an Environmental <br /> Impact ReDort (EIR) on the General Plan. <br /> <br />Task 13: Incorporate whatever revisions are deemed <br /> necessary.by the City Council into the <br /> Draft General Plan. <br /> <br />Task 14: Once a Draft General Plan has.been approved, <br /> <br /> .prepare a final doc~nent written in a clear <br /> and concise format useful to the City <br /> decision-makers and the general public in <br /> understanding and.planning for community <br /> development. <br /> <br />Task 15: Prepare the final General Plan for printing <br /> <br /> and/or distributing. <br /> <br />Attend staff, Dublic, Planning CoumLission, and City <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
