CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> TtIIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 8th day of May, <br />1984, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corDoration <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City"), and CHANDLER W. LEE, 3161 <br />Jackson Street, San Francisco, California 94115 (hereinafter <br />referred to as "Consultant"). ~ <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> ~H{EREAS, Consultant has served as the consultant to the <br />Industrial General Plan Review Committee (Committee) under contract <br />with the City dated March 25, 1983; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received the final report of the Co~f~aittee <br />and has adopted a ~ork program for conducting a complete General <br />Plan update; and <br /> <br /> ~RIEP~AS, the City desires to utilize the time and exDertise <br /> <br />of a consultant to assist the City in preDaring the General Plan <br />update due to the time constraints of the City's planning staff; <br />and <br /> <br /> I~EREAS, the Consultant possess'es'the necessary ~xpertise, <br /> <br />as demonstrated in his successful tenure as consultant to the <br />Conunittee, and will make the full-time commitment necessary to <br />complete the General Plan update in accordance with the City's <br />wishes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
