execution of this agreement prior to annexation of Owner's land. <br /> Connection shall be in accordance with the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Owner agrees to pay the then-existing water and sewer <br /> connection fees for connection to the water and sewer <br /> system, in accordance with aDplicable City ordinances. <br /> <br /> (b) Owner agrees to pay all costs associated with extension <br /> of the water and sewer system to serve Owner's land, <br /> said system to be designed in accordance with City <br /> standards and subject to City approval. <br /> <br /> (c) Owner agrees to pay an amount computed in accordance <br /> with the applicable City formula for connection to <br /> water and sewer facility improvements subject to a <br /> mutual benefit district, reimbursement agreement, or <br /> any other agreement. <br /> <br /> (d) Owner agrees to pay a monthly water and sewer service <br /> charge as is now or may hereafter be specified by ordinance. <br /> <br /> (e) Owner agrees to fill the existing septic tank and seepage <br /> pits to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> (f) Owner agrees to disconnect the existing well from the <br /> house water lines and to use the existing well <br /> only for irrigation and swimming pool filling. <br /> <br /> (g) Owner aarees that the new City water connection shall <br /> <br /> be in full compliance with City requirements for backflow <br /> prevention. <br /> <br /> 2. Aqreement to Annex. Owner agrees to consent to annex to the <br />City of Pleasanton all those lands described herein at such time as <br />City may require.
