WHEREAS, at its notice public hearing of October 22, 2008, the Planning <br />Commission found the Final EIR to be complete and adequate for the Project and <br />recommended to the City Council that the Final EIR be certified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Adopts the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, dated <br />November 2008, attached as Exhibit B. <br />SECTION 2.
