The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impacts to a less- <br />than-significant level: <br />• Implement asite-specific Water Quality Management Plan with targeted <br />pollutant removal rates, per MM HY-1.1. <br />• Implement an Integrated Pest Management Plan and Pesticide <br />Management Program to minimize the risk of pollutants associated with <br />landscape establishment and maintenance practices in surface water <br />runoff and infiltration to groundwater, per MM HY-1.2. <br />DEIR, p. 3.5-25 <br />2. Potential to alter runoff characteristics, leading to more erosion <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impact to a less- <br />than- significant level: <br />Maintain the detention basin and performance goals covering system <br />inspections, maintenance, technical training of staff, and funding <br />mechanisms, per MM HY-3.1. <br />DEIR, p. 3.5-36 <br />3. Construction of residences and structures within a FEMA 100-year flood hazard <br />area <br />Finding. The City finds that the following mitigation measures are feasible and have <br />been incorporated into the MMRP, thereby mitigating the impacts to a less- <br />than-significant level: <br />• Prior to construction, obtain flood hazard areas updates from FEMA <br />(Conditional Letter of Map Revision) ,per MM HY-4.1. <br />Defer certificates of occupancy until implementation of the Livermore <br />Flood Protection Improvements, as defined by the FEMA Conditional <br />Letter of Map Revision (as part of EI Charro Specific Plan), per MM HY- <br />4.2. <br />DEIR, p. 3.5-39 <br />Land Use and Planning <br />1.
