WHEREAS, at its noticed public hearing of October 22, 2008, the Planning <br />Commission recommended that the City Council certify the Final EIR as adequate and <br />complete. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Finds that Final EIR for the Project to be complete and adequate and <br />reflects the independent judgment of the City. <br />SECTION 2. Certifies the Final EIR for the Project, attached as Exhibit B, and <br />includes the Draft EIR, attached as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 3.
