CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-147 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PERIMETER FENCING AND WARNING <br />TRACK FOR PHASE IV PLEASANTON SPORTS & RECREATION <br />PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Councilmember Brandes presented a report dated <br />March 27, 1984 from the Park and Recreation Commission <br />regarding the Park Capital Improvement Program <br />Project and the perimeter fencing and warning <br />tract for Phase IV, Pleasanton Sports and Recreation <br />Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />because of the special urgency brought about by <br />concern to protect the initial project investment <br />of Phase IV, the Commission requested that Project <br />No. 23 proposed by staff, be considered immediately; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Alternative #1 of the memorandum to <br /> City Council dated March 27, 1984, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein, regarding <br /> perimeter fencing and warning track for Phase IV, <br /> at Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the amendment of the Park CaDital <br />Improvement Program budget to cover the above <br />improvement at an approximate cost of $50,120. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 27, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: R~~,U/L~R,~~yOR <br />i ~ ~ ~ ROBE <br /> <br /> is George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
