the calendar year 1984 the growth management approval utilized is 49 <br />units; for the calendar year 1985 the growth management approval <br />utilized is 96 units. The parties covenant and agree that with <br />respect to the Property the aforesaid schedule of growth management <br />approval utilization shall apply and the provisions for the is- <br />suance, utilization, and expiration of growth management approval, <br />building permits, and sewer permits as described in the Long-Term <br />Agreement shall, with respect to the Property be determined in <br />accordance with the schedule set forth in this paragraph 5. <br /> <br /> The current status of units allocated pursuant to the Long-Term <br />Agreement upon adoption of this Fourth Addendum is shown as Exhibit <br />"B" attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 6. Notwithstanding any subsequent conveyance of the Property, <br />Ponderosa will remain liable and responsible for the public needs and <br />obligations expressed in paragraph III.B of the Long-Term Agreement. <br />The growth management fees expressed in paragraph III.A of the Long- <br />Term Agreement in connection with the issuance of 145 building <br />permits will be the obligation of the person who is the owner of the <br />Property at the time of issuance of said building permits. <br /> <br /> 7.
