Defendants KHUSHAL DAHYA PATEL and GITA KHUSHAL <br />PATEL agree that payment of the sum of $200,000.0~, together with <br />completion of certain property improvements, is just compensation <br />for the taking by Plaintiff CITY OF PLEASANTON of said real <br />property. <br /> <br /> 10. Defendants KHUSHAL DAHYA PATEL and GITA KHUSHAL <br />PATEL acknowledge that they are presently negotiating with the <br />above-named trustee and beneficiaries in order to obtain from each <br />of said parties either a Disclaimer to be filed in this action or <br />a partial or full Reconveyance of a Deed of Trust to be recorded <br />in the office of the Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br /> 11. Plaintiff CITY OF PLEASANTON acknowledges that it is <br />actively prosecuting this action and Plaintiff shall, <br />Dotwithstanding execution of this Stipulation, continue to <br />prosecute this action against the above-named trustee and <br />~eneficiaries until such time as either Disclaimers are filed in <br />this action by said tEustee and beneficiaries or a trial of the <br /> <br />relevant issues is conducted. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
