The appellants <br />believe that the new tank, which has already been installed, creates a visual blight as <br />viewed from their property. <br />There is both support and opposition from surrounding neighbors related to the <br />relocation of the tank (See Attachment 3). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt the draft resolution denying appeal PAP-121, thereby upholding the Planning <br />Commission approval of PCUP-205, subject to the conditions listed in Attachment 1. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The project consists of the installation of a private water tank for non-potable use on the <br />subject site. No fiscal impact on the City is anticipated. <br />
