Staff requests that the Council adopt the attached <br />revised resolution, which amends the Planning Commission approval of the Use Permit <br />and allows the tank to be moved to the location agreeable to the two parties. The <br />Segundos have agreed to pay the full cost of reloca~~ing the large tank, small pressure <br />tarok, and the pun~~p. <br />
