With a 3-1 vote, Commissioner Narum opposing, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the application with the following modifications: <br />Condition of approval 38 shall modified to eliminate Saturday construction; <br />Condition of approval 52 shall be modified to include language that fire sprinkler <br />plans and specifications shall be reviewed and approved by the Building and <br />Safety Division and the Fire Department to ensure that sprinkler systems will be <br />installed and that the appropriate inspections are conducted; and <br />The balconies on units 2 and 3 shall be reduced from 79 square-feet to 50 <br />square-feet in size (Condition of approval 6 in Exhibit B). <br />These conditions are reflected in Exhibit B as shown in Attachment 1.
