PUD-75/PSPA-3. Robert Wentworth <br />Work Session to consider an amendment to the Happy Valley Specific Plan to rezone an <br />approximately 6.13-acre parcel from the PUD-SRDR (Planned Unit Development - <br />Semi-Rural Density Residential) District to the PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - <br />Low Density Residential) District and for a development plan for six single-family <br />residential parcels at 1157 Happy Valley Road. <br />The Commission conducted the work session and provided input and direction to staff <br />and the applicant. <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of a design review to install a wireless <br />communication facility that includes rooftop equipment with screening and three <br />building-mounted antennas at 7050 Johnson Drive. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development -Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br />The Commission requested testimony on the open public hearing and continued the item <br />to a future meeting. <br />Other Action: <br />The Commission appointed Commissioners Blank and Narum to the Heritage Tree <br />Board of Appeals for 2009-2011. <br />Submitted by: Approved by: <br />` v <br />Brian Dolan Nelson Fialho <br />Director of Community Development City Manager <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
