That the granting of the variance will not be <br />detrimental to the public health, safety, or <br />welfare, or materially injurious to properties <br />or improvements in the vicinity; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the appeal of Donald Beeman to the <br /> decision of the Board of Adjustment and grants the <br /> variance request subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That this variance is granted for a period of <br />twelve (12) months from the date of approval <br />of Case V-84-1 and applies only to the installation <br />of a 24 ft. x 64 ft. mobile home, the aDDearance <br />of which is substantially as shown in the <br />brochure, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br /> <br />That prior to installation of the trailer, <br />the applicant shall provide the City with a <br />performance bond in the amount necessary to <br />cover removal of the mobile home from the <br />subject property and sufficient to allow for <br />storage of the structure in a mobile home <br />park or other storage yard until the applicant <br />removes it or it can in some other way be <br />disposed of. <br /> <br />That the mobile home be installed in conformance <br />with the Building and Fire Codes of the City <br />of Pleasanton and that all necessary permits <br />be applied for and issued prior to occupancy <br />of the mobile home. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 28, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~E./~B~TLER~~,~Y <br /> RB <br /> ~ 0 OR <br /> <br /> aTEST: '~k <br />Uames R. er, Cit <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Peter ~.
