UP OF CHILDREN OCCUR OUR PARKING LOT IS VIRTUALLY EMPTY. <br />AND THE PARENTS ARRIVE AT STAGGERD TIMES. AS WITH OUR <br />AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM WE WILL AGREE TO THE SAME <br />CONDITION TO MITGATE ANY PARKING OR CIRCULATION ISSUES. <br />iii. OUR ADULT MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM <br />1. It is our intention upon approval from the City of Pleasanton to <br />offer an adult martial arts program in the evenings at our <br />academy for up to 20 adults 13 years and older. <br />2. The Hours of the Program will be from 6:45pm-9pm Monday <br />through Friday. <br />3. At no time will the Childcare Center times conflict with our Adult <br />Classes. This is state law. <br />4. PARKING ISSUES: There will be no parking issues generated by <br />our adult program because at this time in the evening all the <br />businesses in our center are closed and the parking lot is empty. <br />There is also plenty of offsite street parking as well. We will agree <br />to the same condition of approval for our adult class as we do for <br />the childcare center portion of our program. <br />Summary: We are requesting a conditional use permit for an after school <br />martial arts program which is run in our soon to be approved STATE LICENSED <br />CHILDCARE CENTER. <br />1. We are requesting that you approve our project with the <br />condition that in order to commence our childcare center that <br />we must demonstrate that we have received our license from <br />the State of California Community Care Licensing Division. <br />2. We are requesting that you approve our adult martial arts <br />program and allow that portion of our program to begin while <br />awaiting the license from the state. <br />
