CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-60 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF EASEMENT FROM PLEASANTON <br /> JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT OF AL~DA AND CONTRA COSTA <br /> COUNTIES FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES, TRACT 4771, VINTAGE <br /> HILLS, UNIT 12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Deed of Easement from <br /> the Pleasanton Joint School District of Alameda and <br /> Contra Costa Counties to the City of Pleasanton, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, for right-of-way purposes, <br /> for construction of Crellin Road and Arbor Drive <br /> extensions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1984, the City <br /> Council received a report from the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br /> acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Deed of Easement from the Pleasanton Joint <br /> School District of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties <br /> to the City of Pleasanton for an easement for right-of- <br /> way purposes for construction of Crellin Road and Arbor <br /> Drive extensions is hereby accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ ~/ <br />ATTEST: RT2.~~BU~E <br /> ROBE R, MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Peter .'
